ניתן לבטל הזמנה תוך 14 יום לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, בתנאי שהפריט לא נלבש ובאריזה המקורית. דמי ביטול: 5% או 100 ש"ח (הנמוך מביניהם). תכשיטים בעיצוב אישי או בהזמנה מיוחדת אינם ניתנים להחזרה. בחירת מידה אינה נחשבת להזמנה אישית.
Orders can be canceled within 14 days under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, as long as the piece hasn't been worn and is returned in its original packaging. Cancellation fee: 5% or 100 ILS (the lower of the two). Custom or personalized pieces are final sale. Choosing a size is not considered a personalized order.
