Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping. Free insured shipping in Israel. International insured shipping is 95 USD, free on orders over 5,000 ILS.
Delivery time. 7 to 14 business days in Israel, 14 to 21 business days abroad.
Cancellation. Within 2 business days (48 hours), as long as the piece has not been worn and is in its original packaging.
Exchange. Within 14 days, under the same conditions. Unworn and in its original packaging.
Personal design pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. All in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Warranty, sizing and care
Two year warranty. From the date of purchase, on stone setting and manufacturing defects. Repairs are done in the studio at no cost.
The warranty does not cover damage from chemicals, breakage from impact or loss.
Resizing. The first resize within the first year is free. Further resizing is charged by the work, at a small fee.
Care. Take the piece off before sport, cleaning, swimming and applying creams or perfume. Clean with lukewarm water, a little mild soap and a soft brush.

How the ring is made
An idea, a drawing, a model. Then casting, at a casting house one floor below the studio. Back at my bench I shape the final form by hand, prepare the stone seat and set the diamond, and finish it. I work it with my hands, because I want to know how it will feel on you. At the very last moment it is polished, cleaned with ultrasound and steam, and placed in its box with tweezers. The first fingerprint on it will be yours.
