5. Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• The product is returned in its original packaging

Shipping cost for exchanges: ₪80 per direction.

When a refund is granted, the customer will bear the original shipping cost, even if shipping was offered free of charge at the time of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original packaging (jewelry box and shipping box).
Missing components or damage may reduce the refund amount.

No exchange or return is available for jewelry that has been damaged, worn, or altered, including rings.

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Products may be returned within 48 hours of receipt, unused and in original packaging.

No refunds will be granted for:

• Custom-made items

• Sale items

• Gifts

• Shipping fees

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
No refunds are available for gift cards or Bit payments.

Refunds are processed in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations.

7. Returns Process

Returns must be carried out exclusively via the company’s designated shipping provider.

Orders may be canceled only if:

• The product has not been used

• The cancellation request is made within 48 hours

Sale items may be exchanged within 5 days, but are not eligible for refunds.
