Shipping Policy

Production & Shipping Times

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our inventory is limited – if the piece is in stock, we will ship within 2–3 business days.
If the piece is not in stock, each item is individually handcrafted for you, and production plus local delivery in Israel usually takes 7–14 business days.
For international shipping, please allow an additional up to 14 business days.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Standard Local Delivery (Israel)

Local orders are delivered door-to-door by courier service.
Flat rate shipping fee – 80 ILS.
Free local shipping on orders over 2,000 ILS.

Standard International Delivery

Flat rate international shipping – 80 USD.
Free international shipping on orders over 770 USD.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package online.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import duties, VAT, or additional charges as determined by local regulations.
The recipient of the order is solely responsible for payment of all customs, duties, taxes, or fees required to release the shipment.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Cancellations & Returns

Your satisfaction with Levi Tzeiger Jewelry is our top priority.

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of confirmation.

  • If we do not receive notice of cancellation within this period, production will proceed and the return policy will apply.

  • Returns must be received within 14 business days of the customer’s receipt of the package.

  • Refunds will be issued only if the jewelry has not been worn, is unused, and remains in its original condition and packaging.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited once the returned item is received.

  • A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations and returns.

  • Shipping costs, insurance fees, and/or tax charges are non-refundable.

  • All custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
