Shipping
Every order ships insured from our studio at the Bursa, Ramat Gan. A signature is required on delivery.
Israel. Free insured shipping, delivered to your door by courier. Express delivery is available by arrangement, for a fee.
International. 95 USD (292 ILS at checkout). Free on orders over 5,000 ILS. Shipped with DHL Express.
Delivery times. Collection pieces, 7 to 14 business days in Israel and 14 to 21 business days abroad. For special pieces and personal design, delivery is coordinated in advance when planning the order. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays.
Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Customs and duties. Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to import duties, VAT or other charges set by local regulations. These are paid by the recipient.

Cancellations and exchanges
Every piece is made by hand in our studio at the Bursa, Ramat Gan. We want you to know your options before you order.
Cancellation. You can cancel a purchase within 2 business days (48 hours), as long as the piece has not been worn and is in its original packaging.
Exchange. You can exchange a piece within 14 days, under the same conditions. Unworn and in its original packaging.
Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within up to 2 weeks of receiving the piece back. Shipping and insurance costs are not refunded.
Personal design. Pieces made to your personal design cannot be returned or exchanged.
